Guide Roller 100x22 mm made of Polyamide 6G

The 100x22 mm guide roller made of cast Polyamide 6G (PA6G) is designed for precise guiding tasks in conveyor technology, special machinery, and intralogistics. With a load capacity of 220 kg, a bore of Ø20 mm, and a hub length of 14 mm, it is ready for immediate installation and low-maintenance. The integrated ball bearing is axially secured with a retaining ring – for continuously smooth, free-running operation even under constant load. Construction & Material

The wheel body is precisely turned from cast Polyamide 6 (PA6G). PA6G is characterized by high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, low noise development, and electrical non-conductivity. Compared to steel rollers, the weight is significantly reduced – with equivalent load capacity. The ball bearing is axially secured by a retaining ring, allowing for easy mounting on axles or bolts without additional fastening elements.
