DISPATCH & DELIVERY (IMPORTANT):

• All products are completely custom and made to order, and require an approximate 14-21 working day processing time (Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm) , however we aim to ship them as soon as possible. Postage can take 3-5 working days after dispatch for UK delivery and anywhere between 7-28 days for international depending on the location. For international delivery, Design With Soph is not responsible for any fees, or duties charged by customs. 

• Please note: Design With Soph holds no responsibility for courier delays once an item is shipped, and we cannot guarantee arrival dates for any products. Please order in plenty of time.

• Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept refunds once an order has been placed.     Refunds are not accepted for custom products unless they are faulty or damaged. Please see our refunds and shipping section for more information.

• We don't believe in you waiting for your products longer than you should, which is why you may receive your order in multiple packages. As all our products are custom made, we will ship your order as soon as its complete so you don't have to wait longer than you should. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
